Nonrefundable booking fee $500. with return of contract. Service fee $________________(half of balance due) when mare vet checks in

Conditions: Discount of $ 250. off total stud fee if booking fee is paid at least 45 days prior to servicing mare. Live Foal Guarantee* here provides for the rebreeding of the same or of an approved substitute mare, for a period of one year from the date of this agreement, should your foal not stand and nurse. Whereas no additional stud fee is charged, a rebreeding handling fee of $ 300. will apply. Multiple mare discounts are available to the same owner/ lessee. In the event of the death or disability of the above-named stallion, then this contract and the live foal guarantee shall become null and void. Whereas no monies are refundable, full credit is offered. In the event one or more parts of this contract are found to be unenforceable or illegal, the other portions hereof shall be deemed in full force and effect.

Mare owner agrees to keep said mare in good physical condition throughout her pregnancy. Should normal good health care practices not be performed, all guarantees and return privileges shall be null and void. Mare owner further understands, authorizes, and assumes the special risks inherent in horse breeding including the risk of failure due to many variables and shall hold stallion owner and related parties harmless for any losses suffered due to an unsuccessful attempt at conception.

Transported Semen: Offered using Equitainers to ship cooled semen via Federal Express. A $ 300. flat rate fee for lab, processing, and Federal Express shipping fees is charged every time semen is shipped. And a nonrefundable fee of $ 300. for the Equitainer is required prior to shipment of semen. This fee is to be applied toward the total stud fee amount. Equitainers are to be returned to the breeding farm within three business days from client's receipt, and the return shipping costs are to be paid by client. Mare owners are to notify farm when their mare comes into heat cycle in which they intend to breed. A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed prior to semen shipment, and orders must be placed by 10:00 AM ET. Every possible effort will be made to meet special needs; however, results cannot be guaranteed. Stallion owner assumes no responsibility for the loss of semen viability or associated expenses due to any delay in shipment beyond our control. Semen must be administered by a licensed veterinarian or an authorized technician on the day of semen delivery/ receipt or return privileges will be null and void.

Board: Should your mare need to visit us, board is due on the first of each month for that month. Should this fee not be paid/ received by the tenth of the month, an additional $ 2.00 may be charged per horse per day for each successive day. Rates include stall care with daily individual turnout as weather permits. There are no additional charges for daily teasing of mare to assist in determining heat/ pregnancy status. Rates are $ 14.00 per day for mare alone, and $ 17.00 per pay for mare with a foal at her side. Please complete Boarding/ Mare Information Contract for anticipated on premises insemination.
